I certainly agree with you that not buying more F-22’s was a huge mistake (who needs Air Superiority in a war on in an international confrontation?!) but at least we do have or will soon have 187 of them operational.
And they are NOT cutting down on supplies, armaments and the like.
And while I surely wish they hadn’t stopped buying them, 187 or so operational Raptors will give the US Air Superiority well into the future. Wonder why we’re sticking with the F-35 JTSF though?
