I love it!

We’ve got a minor glitch in a HV op amp output circuit. There’s a lo-level burst of noise several mS after applying power to the amp. I figger its something oscillating inside the op amp itself as the internal currents settle out to quiescent.

Should we consult a witch doctor?

Turn unit on, slap sharply on the side, go get a cup of coffee, come back and it should work fine……

Blown bypass cap not sinking the inrush current spike?
