The trends for Romney and Obama are in opposite directions. Obama has fallen a lot over the early months of the general election campaign. Romney has risen. At 51/40 unfav/fav ratings, that’s a lot better than I recall reading a month or two ago. Obama at 50/47 is dangerously close to inverting what was a large favorability rating just a month or two ago.
