Well how down on it was she? I’ve seen articles by ecnomics professors - some quite liberal or leftist - who say that of the $900 Billion or so in the bill, less than $400 Billion is going to “stimulate” the economy and less than $125 Billion will do so in 2009; the breaks are in 2010 and 2012 - gee wonder why the gubmint would want to spend all that money in those years?!
