Well, on fact checking the self proclaimed “right”: It’s becoming more evident to me that the online presence, the right-o-sphere, is simply becoming impervious to accepting data. Note PJM’s increased obsession with anti-AGW-science articles, such as Bill Whittle’s vid of the Lord High Denier himself, followed by another vid on PJTV by Chris Horner, etc. Instaputz pimpls PJM, which in turn pimp Instaputz, both pimp HumanEvents/Malkin/Beck, etc. Outside data streams are just being cut off.

That is why I find the subject of this thread so telling. If NRO refuses to address the increasingly obvious racism of Derbyshire then I conclude that the “conservative” movement has just collapsed, intellectually, and is incapable of fighting any honest intellectual battles.

That’s some list. Regarding outside data streams watned to add, as you know, they’re already rejecting NASA, NOAA, and other government science bodies. National Science Foundation has also been rejected by the far right. They also reject all mass media news outlets save Fox News. After years of hammering by David Horowitz, academia is also blocked or looked at with suspicion by these people.
