And what if those parents are bigoted against gays, and their child is gay?

Not only should they, but if they can’t it’s unlikely anyone else can.

I’m not really sure what you mean by this, but while nobody replaces a parent, kids look in a lot of places for support— including other family members.

Most often Children flounder without proper parenting. Thus, I think the conservative view correct and argue that the law should allow parents the choices proper to the primacy of their role.

Again: What about gay kids with socially conservative parents? Just as one example?
