Get off it Charles… a man shouldn’t be excommunicated just because of his views that are not directly theological. He should be excommunicated if he does something or is doing something morally wrong or destructive. Of course he shouldn’t be given an official position, but the pope isn’t doing that, and your title misleads to that effect.
