I think there’s nothing he can do that will alienate his supporters based on what I’m seeing.
That would be the 27% crazification factor that exists no matter who the Republican is.
We need to reach the apathists who don’t vote, not the wingnuts who would vote for R-Beelzebub.
My brother-in-law tried to use the cynical “both parties are the same” issue with me (surprise he didn’t vote), claiming as evidence how corrupt the Texas Lege is.
I pointed out that Texas is not a red state, nor a corrupt state, it is a non-voting state, and that attitude is precisely the problem.
