Regarding Brexit and its potential economic impact, yes it is speculation at this stage. That having been said, a “no-deal Brexit”, a scenario where the UK crashes out of the EU without a withdrawal agreement having been legislated, would almost certainly cause serious problems for the British economy.

But exactly just how serious those problems would be really is anyone’s guess - simply because this is all so unprecedented and there’s no past examples we can look to in order to come up with a prediction model.
