Just checked the weather radar, it’s raining again right over the burn scar.

During the fire last summer, the interstate was closed for 13 days. If the bridge substructures and superstructures are seriously compromised from these mud flows, it could be months before the highway opens again.

Not good, man. Not good.

I hope that there is some sort of plan if the guests have trouble getting there. (I assume that the Bride, Groom, and many of the guests are staying on site.)

Hmmm… 40 years ago, the plan would have largely consisted of ‘more alcohol’.
