It has a lot of imagery that feels like it means something deep to somebody

It’s just a modification of a common image of the Sacred Heart of Jesus,

I don’t think it is meant to have a deeper meaning that the silly “liberals treat Obama like the Messiah”, and a play on the anti-Christ (being a false savior).
