What is within the creator’s legal rights has nothing to do with the mindset. The rights were never in question. One may choose to exercise one’s legal rights or not. Pamela Geller has legal rights to say whatever she writes on her blog - what kind of mindset leads to her writing what she does is an entirely separate question.

Then you said it wasn’t about that. I said yes, it was because her request was based on her legal right as the photographer. That is the mindset. I don’t understand why you’re arguing that point.

And again, legal rights have nothing to do with the mindset that leads to exercising them - or not.
