It worked against Clinton. They are sure to try again.

By which you mean they won’t. Republicans aren’t completely witless in a tactical sense. There won’t be any impeachment. There will be an effort to ameliorate and contain the damage the Obamacare legislation has written into it. There will perhaps be an effort to contain the spending. But maybe, just an effort to divert some of it to Republican districts.

We’ve had a dysfunctional government for quite a while. And I don’t mean just since Obama took office. That much is sure to remain unchanged.

Sigh.
