Bflat came to bed about 3:30 last night…soaking wet. I thought, must be really foggy outside. Turns out he was on his evening safari and almost picked on somebody his own size…this time it was a large field rat (with sizeable cojones—could have posed nekkid on a GOP web site!)…thing is over a foot long and weighs at least two pounds (probably 1/4 the size of Bflat). Way too big to flush down the toilet…I have half a mind to call a taxidermist. No wonder the dogs don’t fuck with the cat. But he’s especially happy this morning as he cuddles next to me. A good kill always does that for him.
