Wait, who are we talking about here? KSM, or people picked up on US soil?

If they were foreigners captured outside the USA for crimes committed outside the USA or planned against the USA, I don’t see why they deserve any American civil rights in regards to their trial. Thats why I don’t think the cases belong in a civil court.
