Bwah-hah! I love Ace — pity about the comments thread over there.

Unfortunately, Throbert, Ace’s commentariat are a reflection of Ace himself. This post will give you some background on the kind of thing Ace considers both witty and trenchant political commentary.

I’d urge you also to take a look at the requests he makes of readers. Angry gay-baiting isn’t okay…but apparently gay-baiting is just fine.

Ace is scum, IMO. Plus he spent all of last weekend saying vile things about CJ and LGF. I’m guessing you haven’t read enough Ace to know. He did use to be saner, years ago, but there’s always been a very ugly undertone of misogyny and homophobia there, and it isn’t just the comments.
