I just caught the tail end of the news conference with the medical examiner who stated that Mike Brown could have survived all of his wounds had he not been shot in the head. To me it’s very sad that he was shot 5 times to begin with, but somehow hearing that it was the sixth shot that killed him made me so much sadder. I’m so sick of the vilification of these young, unarmed black men who never get a chance to defend themselves.
