Trump’s trying to claim that things have never been worse in US-Russia relations. For that to be true, we’d have to ignore the Cuban Missile Crisis, Berlin blockade/airlift, and a whole host of other crises (1973 Yom Kippur War) that nearly saw the US and Soviets engage in direct military conflict.

It’s not even good kayfabe.

Maybe relations have never been worse between the U.S. and Russia because RUSSIA ATTACKED ONE OF OUR POLITICAL PARTIES AND OUR ELECTORAL SYSTEMS!
