If you look at the numbers posted in the CBO study tho it’s something like 780$ per household but the gubmint(the tax payers) will be paying part. Which means it’s just a way to shift more of the burden to the 50% of americans with Tax liability.
That’s right. Cost to the average household (which means the average of all households, including top and bottom quintiles) averages to 770 gross. After the various dispersals the net cost is 165.
