Not really. Nothing closes a deal with someone you may or may not know like the greenback. Frankly some of the dealers are maneuvering to keep their tax/fees low back at the home country. From places as sane as Canada (Diamonds) to places as backward and violent as Afghanistan. See these beauties!

I meant making a check out to yourself to pick up cash transported by pros with guns and armor. Probably wouldn’t help with taxes, though. It should make the life insurance carrier happier.
