Doesn’t there have to be a higher level of damage when you say something about a company? Like intent to harm? (Not a lawyer.) Seems this might just keep everything in the news longer.

There was intent to ridicule. Close enough to intent to harm, in my view, because that’s the point of ridicule…it’s certainly not an intent to help.
