I read a lovely hypothetical that, given Trump’s nature, is entirely possible and would maximize the damage he does to the GOP. What if he decides not to wait until after he has lost the election to refuse to concede because the election was rigged? If Trump is headed toward a landslide defeat, he might decide to avoid the humiliation altogether by announcing he is boycotting the election because its “rigged.” Then, from his pov, he didn’t actually lose because he quit a rigged game. He and Bannon would also get satisfaction from devastating the GOP establishment as they go down to defeat thanks to millions of Trump voters staying home; revenge for their refusal to fully back Trump’s candidacy. I can hope for this to happen, right?
