North Korea gets rid of mouths it can’t feed, and Putin gets more bodies to throw into the meat grinder.

Of course, I’d say chances of that actually being a thing are slim and none, because there’s no way North Korea has the forces to spare, and those sent out of North Korea will never want to return home. Desertion would be a huge thing.

Plus Russia still has the logistics requirements to keep the additional troops supplied with ammo, food, and other equipment.
