I occasionally allow palmetto bugs into my home so that my kitty cat Sunshine can practice her hunting skills.

They never survive long enough to breed.

I have one that brings in half dead cicadas, usually about 4am…they start buzzing and the cats chase them around as well. If they weren’t so darn cute and loveable, I would ship them off! (My wife told me that I would get sent packing before the cats would)
