Well it would be a historic theme, not an implication of how to decide any case. Including our mistakes is m=important for perspective. Imagine a person viewing some of those ancient awful laws and better appreciating the Voting Rights Act.

Would be very interesting, and educational. But I would wonder about the practicalities of the whole thing. In what order, where are they placed, which ones, how are they in turn picked, etc.

Good idea, but I personally wouldn’t know about the execution.
