Ironically, that would be a crime, but calling for the violent murder of the president of the United States is perfectly fine, as long as it’s a Republican you’re talking about murdering.

I interpreted the noose as calling for his trial for war crimes and execution, a popular meme on the far left. I think it’s calling for his killing by legal, judicial means.
