There was a report on CNN (iirc) from an individual (not a “friend” of Israel, imo) who claimed that everything depends on whether there’s a “strong” coalition or a “weak” coalition…Then the person noted that if there were a “strong” coalition, then “bold steps” could be taken “for the peace process” (ie, translation: “making concessions to Arab demands” ‘cause Tzipi’s at the helm); but if there was a “weak” or shaky coalition, then it’d be more of the “status quo” (same old, same old…or continuing conflicts with HAMAS, etc.)

Kadima has NEVER been a strong coalition. Your friend’s comments are a puzzlement.
