After much contemplation, weasel, I decided to give this comment a ding down, because it is not your place to tell me or anyone else what is or is not “fitting” for their profile quotes since this isn’t your blog.

I’d also ask you to stop posting comments to me with your false concern and/or respect for me, since you have neither for me, and we both know this, or at least I have known this since learning you asked my friends to let me starve when I needed help.

I think it’s a bad idea to have a Catholic saint as your avatar while also quoting a murderous, genocidal fuck who specialised in persecuting Irish Catholics, like me.
And Scots, like Jimmah.
I don’t blame you for being embarrassed about it. Decent people would be. And you’re not even a Catholic.

And as for your total distortion of events there, let’s say this: I think it’s a bad idea for a ‘fiscal conservative’ to expect to be given — not lent — money on a demand basis every six weeks, while refusing or being disinterested in all offers of practical help: resume writing, getting back into school, legal clinics, food pantries, and more.

But then, I also think it’s a bad idea to hate someone who wanted to help you, and merely objected to the idea of giving you money all the time. Or to carry on a vendetta against them for it.
Bring on your downdings, St Sharmuta of Duh. But maybe you should be spending a little more time planning your resume or your school plans, so that you aren’t in need of such ‘help’ (i.e. gifts of money) every few weeks, and a little less time ‘seriously considering’ when and where to downding me.
