Let’s assume for a second that Alexis was an Obama supporter. Wouldn’t that only be relevant if other Obama supporters were defending him? The fact is that liberals don’t care about the political leanings, we just want the mass shootings to stop.

Only one of the two parties is doing everything they can to ensure that nothing is done that might prevent future mass shootings (even if the measures are damn near toothless).

In my mind, it’s analogous to the “Democrats are the real racists, because CIVIL WAR!” Even if true, that doesn’t change the fact that right now, the GOP is the one promoting policies disproportionately impacting minorities.
