Yeah it’s feeling like Deeds all over again unfortunately at this point. Is he really a social conservative though? He’s staunchly pro choice I believe. But you’re right unfortunately. He’s not the most charismatic and he’s not going to get us out in NOVA. I’ll happily vote for him of course any Republican they will nominate but I don’t know if it’s going to be enough.

I was under the impression he was more conservative on social issues, maybe he’s changed over the years.

The GOP almost talked him into switching parties a couple years ago when he was still in the state Senate.
