I just saw this on Wikipedia:

Israel’s Supreme Court has upheld a law banning Palestinians who marry Israelis from gaining Israeli citizenship.

Do Palestinians who marry Jordanians get automatic Jordanian citizenship?
Do Palestinians who marry Lebanese get automatic Lebanese citizenship?
Do Palestinians who marry Egyptians get automatic Egyptian citizenship?
Do Palestinians who marry Syrians get automatic Syrian citizenship?

I could go on, but these countries have many more restrictive laws against Palestinians than Israel does, and Palestinians have never threatened to wipe them off the map.
