Are you saying you don’t see the difference between Moussaoui and KSM?

I’m saying Rudy changed his tune big time, (compare his earlier statements about trying KSM) and it’s purely because of who’s in the White House.
BTW, we’ve successfully tried and convicted something like 195 terrorists in the federal system, including under Bush and Clinton.
