But y’know, I think Obama is slowly learning to be an American. OK, a pretentious pseudo-intellectual American, but even so.

I agree that he seems to be coming to some realizations, ideas and facts that he’s never allowed himself to absorb before. He seems to have increased respect for some individuals in the military. But he still tried to pawn off the war injured on private insurance. That still galls me.
