It isn’t as though the felon carried the state; it went for Obama with 59% of the vote - in a state that is most affected should the Administration reduce American reliance on coal (the state’s big job sector).

West Virginians don’t like the possibility of losing their job because the closing of a lot of coal mines. Obama can kiss this state goodbye in November.
