I guess my opinion is simply that the US and China (especially China) are the obvious, low hanging fruit that could have an impact today, not at some point down the road when nations like India are an actual concern.

That’s why i wanted to improve your ratios. what is turning the AGW tide except planning for the future? Heavy-polluting countries with large populations are time bombs.

AGW itself will impact us in some manner “at some point down the road”. If that’s not what we’re planning for, then let’s not plan.
