I’m going to disagree slightly with that - no person has a right to speak before Congress; the members have the right to pick and choose who gives testimony. Had Congress gone out of their way to prevent her from speaking altogether, it would be a violation. She was still able to give testimony to interested members.

But not in the hearing on the subject, right?

And the reason she was disinvited by the GOP was because she had a position different from theirs— not a fringe position, but one that well-deserves to be represented before Congress.

And they prevented all women, and all people with that point of view, from so doing.
