The dems will back-slap each other - but this will be a hollow victory for them. The dems now own this recession - and all of this spending will do nothing to create jobs. OK - Maybe a few government union jobs- but nothing substantial - and NOTHING in the private sector - where it counts. Democrats hate the private sector.
