You are correct…if the allegation is indeed baseless. However I would remind you that I was responding to your statement “Who needs courts, when we can play this game?” which implies that a court proceeding would necessarily have settled the matter.

It might not. However, in the total absence of any court proceedings, apparently it’s OK with some people to be judge and jury in the court of their own mind.
