Agreed. The easy access and fetishizing of guns has lead to a culture where every conflict can be, and seemingly increasingly is, resolved with a gun.

The fact that this particular incident may not have been directly caused by a lack of sensible gun laws, the culture that we have regarding guns certainly did.
