I’m sure we’ll see a lot of these stories for a while. And I’m equally sure that the same folks who are convinced that Trayvon Martin was a thug and gang member will call these stories about Zimmerman a smear job.

I’m going to take a wait and see approach. If these same stories end up being repeated under oath in a trial, that would give them a lot more weight.

From my experience, which isn’t very deep in these matters, stuff like this is typically inadmissible in court. I’m sure the defense would object.
