Ludwig, they’ll call it a show trial no matter what we do. Al Jazeera will ask to have a reporter allowed into a civilian trial (and knowing Holder, he’ll grant that request), and they’ll use that “reporter” to unleash a tidal wave of lies about any trial. The trial will also almost certainly feature the judge suppressing some information in the name of national security, after which the secular left will declare the trial “tainted” anyway. We’ll be attacked no matter what we do, so I say we use the more secure format.

HOw is the other format “more secure”? I’m really serious. I don’t understand. I would imagine that the security at the trial would be more to protect KSM from New York than New York from KSM.
