I was being rhetorical but yeah I just don’t get voters. I mean if you genuinely oppose things like increasing the minimum wage- I happen to think you’re very wrong but if you’re going to vote for a minimum wage hike and then vote for a candidate that opposes it. Gah I don’t get voters.

People voted for the issue, but then they also voted along party lines. Pretty straightforward, really. That’s why I was thinking about an idea that would take the party affiliation out of the voting process.
