Better than PA. Supreme court justices are elected.

That’s why I was glad for Election Day. The Philadelphia TV stations were chockfull of their ads. I am so glad we don’t vote for judges or Supreme Court Justices here in NJ. How am I supposed to know who would make a good jurist?
