Regarding incorporating - not sure that will help with the IRS. They take their cut right off the top, and there may even be IRS rules specially covering what you are proposing.

Oh, I’m sure there are. I was mostly joking that the new tax law allows pass through corporation owners to pay corporate rates on their taxes rather than personal rates. Which is incredibly fucked up on many levels. My guess is that you can’t establish a business with gambling as it’s primary business.
