It is simple. They are not “cheating” per say. The poll is based upon the number of “computers” voting, not actual people. I have tested this and I believe that the server is looking at MAC address vs IP address of the the responder. Regardless of the IP address, if the MAC address is the same, you are excluded from voting again. But MAC addresses can be spoofed. Anyone up for the test?
