Why are you talking about government actions when he was talking about personal interaction? Likewise, with me. Your response to me made no context; I’m talking about people reasoning with each other to try to get them to not take harmful actions. That’s something humans do. It’s a good thing. It’s not intrusive any more than saying “duck” is when a baseball is whizzing towards someones head.

Then maybe I’m wrong but you didn’t answer the question. Is the government leveeing fines appropriate if they believe the behavior is unhealthy?
