Thanksgiving, we are here this year. Which turns out to be a good thing, because the rest of the family is also planning to attend. All 30 of them.

Headed to western NY to visit family work permitting. I’d also love to make another roasted pumpkin for a work potluck the week before, but don’t know where I’ll be able to find one. :(

Appears the prime pumpkin season here is roughly Halloween and a few weeks before for finding them easily. And I really don’t have a place here (dry, dark and cool) for storing them myself for the later holidays.

Your roasted pumpkin sounded SO GOOD! Come to think of it, I haven’t seen any pumpkins here since halloween either. :(
