Though this story is getting a lot of attention lately, I remember hearing about it months and months ago, at which time I got some more in depth information about it. I couldn’t point you to anything off the top of my head.

Searching for it in the news today, this is one of the first things that comes up. If you can get past the fact that it’s a political piece in an “indy” paper, the story does contain some good background information further down the page.
