Well, much as I may admire the iconic 7L engines of the Muscle Car Era, nowadays you can get the same performance out of a naturally aspirated engine half the size, getting 3x the gas mileage, and easily passing all the emissions standards. Technology has advanced that far. Indeed, on a Challenger forum, some guy said he was thinking of scrapping the fuel injection system on his for a 4-barrel carb, and everyone said, “Why? Are you nuts?”
