If Trump wants contractors to submit plans for The Wall, wouldn’t you want to give them longer than 2 weeks to plan? I thought the government planned stuff and then put it out to bid, but I guess this will be the best possible way to get a quality product fast and cheap.

It goes back to what I was saying earlier: He knows his time is short, even if it’s subconsciously. He’s trying to ram through his bullshit agenda before anyone can muster the power to stop him.
